Mrs. Thelma "Terri" Collins, age 78 of Benton, KY died on Monday, June 18, 2018, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church and was a member of the Eastern Star.
Born in Troy, MT on Thursday, August 31, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Roy Jaques and the late Mildred (Carroll) Jaques.
Surviving are son, William Lee Collins II, wife Louise of Benton, KY, grandchild, William Lee Collins III of Benton, KY, great-grandchild, Cooper Collins of West Paducah, KY, and niece and nephew, Sheryl and David.
She was predeceased by her parents, husband, William Lee Collins, daughter, Wanda Jo Collins, and sister, Patricia Quarells.
A Memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025 with Rev. Kim Morrison officiating.
