William E. “Bill” Childers, 86, of Paducah passed away at 11:18 PM on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Baptist Health in Paducah.
Mr. Childers was an Operating Engineer out of New York and of the Catholic Faith.
He is survived by one daughter, Charlotte Ann Whitis and husband Bradford of Paducah; one son, William Earl Childers and wife Patricia of Venice, FL; one sister, Wanda Fields of Roseville, MI.; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Bennett Childers and Edna Louise (Edwards) Childers; wife, Filomenia Childers; one brother; one sister.
A memorial graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Paducah with Rev. Faris Sahawneh officiating.
There will be no visitation.
