Zell Xander Charles, infant son of Brandon Charles and Elisabeth Burch both of Paducah, died Monday at 6:49 am at Baptist Health Paducah.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Jamie Burch, Stan Burch and Jessica Winstead.
Graveside services will be held at 11am Wednesday at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
