Ms. Ethel Mae Hendrick, age 90 of Benton, KY died on Sunday, September 10, 2017, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY. She was retired from TVA Youth Station and was a member of Zion's Cause Baptist Church. She was the former owner of Rose's Cafe.

Born Saturday, May 7, 1927 in Paducah, KY, she was the daughter of the late Aubert "Bud" Rose Sr. and the late Sophie (Myer) Rose.

Surviving are son, Wayne Hendrick, wife Linda of Benton, KY, daughter, Deborah Hughes, husband David of Paducah, KY, brother, Aubert Rose, Jr., wife Katherine of Benton, KY, sister, Barbara Locke, husband Ronnie of Benton, KY, sister-in-law, Mary Rose of Mayfield, KY, grandchildren, Waynette Roberson, husband Terry, Linette Austin, husband Ralph, Chris Hendrick, wife Brandie, Robin Williams, husband Brian, Lacy Halligan, husband Andrew; great-grandchildren, Logan Roberson, wife Whitney, Avery Darnall, wife Ashlynn, Mikayla Marshall, husband Chance, Christopher Wayne Hendrick Jr., Kierstin Hendrick, Kari Hendrick, Brody Williams, Peyton Williams, Carson Halligan, Maxwell Halligan, and great-great-grandchild, William Nelson Marshall.

She was preceded in death by brothers, William "Buddy" Rose and Howard Rose.

A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Collier Funeral Home located at 211 West 5th Benton, KY 42025 with Terry Roberson and Andrew Halligan officiating.

Interment will follow in New Zion Cemetery, Benton, KY.

Visitation will be held between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Collier Funeral Home.
