Mr. Ronald Allbritten, 85, of Murray, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2020 at Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House.

Mr. Allbritten was born on August 15, 1934 to the late Buron and Des Demona Elkins Allbritten.   He proudly served his country in the United States Army.  Ronald worked at Tappan in Murray until they closed and then retired from Murray State University.  He and his wife, Carolyn, are members of Grace Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, RC Allbritten and Charles Duran Allbritten.

Those he lovingly leaves behind include his wife, Carolyn, to whom he married on December 16, 1961; two sons, Ron Allbritten ( Tia Kay) of Murray, Mark Allbritten (Dominique) of Florida; six grandchildren, Kevin Allbritten (Athena) of TN, Alessa Carter (Jarom) of UT, Nicklas Holt (Sami) of UT, Zackery Holt of UT, Jonathan Allbritten of MI and Tatiana Allbritten of CA and four great grandchildren, Jenni, Brinley, Nevaeh, Lyrik and one great grandbaby due in August.

Arrangements are incomplete at Imes Funeral Home and Crematory, downtown Murray.
