LOUISVILLE, KY - Akoy Agau, a power forward from Omaha, NE, has committed to the Louisville Cardinals. Agau made his decision after an in-home visit with Rick Pitino Wednesday night.
The 6' 9" 230 lbs. big man is originally from South Sudan. He is rated the 20th best power forward by ESPN.com and is ranked the 83rd best player in the 2013 class by Rivals.com.
Agau chose Louisville over Georgetown, West Virginia, Memphis, Mississippi State and several other Division-I schools.
Agau is Louisville's fourth commitment for the 2013 class. He joins guards Anton Gill, Terry Rozier and junior college transfer Chris Jones. Jones also committed after his official visit to Louisville this past weekend.
