Terry Rozier scored No. 10 Louisville's first six points in overtime and the Cardinals erased an 18-point second-half deficit to beat No. 13 North Carolina 78-68 on Saturday.

Rozier's sweeping layup 43 seconds into overtime gave Louisville (18-3, 6-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) a 62-60 lead, its first since four minutes into the game. Two free throws following a Kennedy Meeks layup again put the Cardinals up and his 15-footer with 2:43 remaining gave Louisville the lead for good. Rozier finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds.

Montrezl Harrell led the Louisville comeback with 14 of his 22 points in the second half and 15 rebounds.

Marcus Paige scored 15 points for North Carolina (17-4, 7-2), one of four Tar Heels in double figures.

North Carolina led 43-25 with 17:51 remaining but Louisville clawed back to single digits by forcing eight turnovers in a six-minute stretch.
