Kentucky wide receiver Garrett Johnson's record-setting performance against Florida has earned Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Week honors.

Johnson had six receptions for a school freshman-record 154 yards in Saturday night's 36-30, three-overtime loss to the Gators. The Winter Garden, Florida, native caught touchdowns for 60 and 33 yards, the last of which put Kentucky ahead in the second half.

The 5-foot-11, 176-pound Johnson is the first Kentucky freshman with two TD receptions in a game since Randall Cobb against Arkansas in 2008. His yardage was the most by a Wildcat since Cobb's 171 against Mississippi State in 2010.

Kentucky (2-1) has a bye this weekend and will host Vanderbilt on Sept. 27.
