Brandon Fisher is the new girls basketball coach at Graves County High School.

Fisher replaces Aaron Beth, who left Graves County earlier this month to coach golf at Marshall County High School.

For the past three years, Fisher has coached girls basketball at Webster County. During those three years, the Lady Trojans won 79 games and won three district championships.

Webster County was the 2nd Region runner-up in 2017. The Lady Trojans won the Regional Championship in 2018, and advanced to the state tournament for the first time in 20 years.

This past season, Webster County tied a school record with 29 wins. They were regional runner-up, and advanced to the Class 2A state semifinals.

Before coming to Webster County, Fisher spent seven years as an assistant coach for the Marshall County High School boys basketball team. Prior to that, he had coaching stints at Logan county and Henderson County.

Fisher graduated from University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science Degree, and received a Masters of Instructional Technology Degree at Murray State.

Graves County finished 25-7 this past season, losing to Marshall County in the 1st Region Semifinals. The Lady Eagles lost only one player to graduation.
