Murray Mile, Fastest Kid in Murray Races Friday

The Murray State Track & Field/Cross Country program is pleased to announce plans for the Murray Mile  and Fastest Kid in Murray races  on Friday, March 31 at 5:15 pm and 5:45 pm at Roy Stewart Stadium in Murray.

The event will begin at the conclusion of the Margaret Simmons Invitational.

The fee to enter is $10 with all competitors receiving a shirt. 

The contest is open to all children up to age 13 and prizes will be awarded following the race in the following age groups: 4 years old & under, 5-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13.

At the conclusion of the events, MSU will be hosting a Track Day. Children get the opportunity to participate in different events and receive instruction from current Racer track and field student-athletes.

The deadline to register for both events is March 28.
