The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans a traffic signal outage on US 60/Hinkleville Road at the Interstate 24 Exit 4 Interchange in Paducah on Tuesday. Gas prices were up a bit across Kentucky over the past week, but continue to run much lower than this time last year. According to the website Gasbuddy.com, average retail gasoline prices in Kentucky have risen 1.6 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.38/gallon Sunday. A Puryear, TN woman was hurt Saturday in a Calloway County crash involving a deer.
