MARSHALL COUNTY, KY - A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans milling and paving work along KY 282, KY 1311, & KY 1490 in Marshall County starting Tuesday, September 4.
 
The first project is for paving along KY 1311/Slickback Road runs from KY 1949/Wadesboro Road northward to KY 58, a distance of 4.65 miles.
 
Milling is expected to start Tuesday, September 4th with asphalt paving to follow starting on Thursday, September 6th.  Paving on KY 282 and KY 1490 should start the following week.

Paving along KY 282/Johnson Riley Road/Gilbertsville Highway runs from KY 95/Main Street in Calvert City eastward to KY 1523/Industrial Parkway, a distance of 1.77 miles.
 
Paving along KY 1490/Elva Road runs from KY 1949/Wadesboro Road northward to KY 348/Symsonia Highway, a distance of 2.31 miles.
