Business Closes after Worker's Positive Virus Test

Another Paducah business has shut its doors temporarily after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

The Old Fashioned Cigar Bar announced Wednesday in a Facebook post an employee notified owners that she had tested positive for the virus.

The bar says the employee last came into work on July 11.

"Today all members of our team were tested. We await the results in the next 3-5 days. Until then, the Old Fashioned Cigar Bar will be closed and deep cleaned," The business said. "The health of our employees, members, and customers is a top priority. We will re-open when we safely can."
