J.W. Cleary welcomes Rev. Orlando McReynolds of First Missionary Baptist Church in Metropolis and Metropolis City Alderman Dylan Chambers. They'll discuss the public dedication ceremony to establish historical markers for Metropolis natives Oscar Micheaux, America's first major African-American filmmaker; Annie Tumbo Malone, the founder of African-American cosmetology and the first African-American millonaire; and John Tumbo, the first African-American city alderman for Metropolis and for the United States.
