A Berea man, out on bond for an alleged rape in Lexington, was arrested Monday on drug trafficking charges in McCracken County.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office conducted an investigation after receiving information illegal drug trafficking was taking place in an online chatroom.

The investigation revealed 33-year-old Tyler Issacs was travelling to McCracken County to meet a female and bring her a quantity of crystal methamphetamine.

Issacs was found in the parking lot of a gas station in the 2700 block of John L. Puryear Drive.

A search on Issac's person found a meth smoking pipe and about seven games of meth.  During a search of Issacs' vehicle, additional meth was found and assorted drug paraphanelia.

Issacs was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail,
