Burglary charges for Hopkinsville man in Lyon County

A Hopkinsville man was arrested in Lyon County on burglary and trespassing charges on Friday.

Deputies responded to KY 295 near the Crittenden County line when a caller reported a man coming out from behind a residence and being confronted by a neighbor.

The man fled on foot, but a Lyon County deputy and an Eddyville police officer located a suspicious vehicle at the home. The suspect was located walking in a wooded area and he fled again. 

The suspect was detained and identified as 46-year-old Jason Williams. He was charged burglary, trespassing, and fleeing/evading police.
