A Burna man was arrested in Marshall County on Sunday after reportedly biting a police officer and assaulting others.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Department received reports that 64-year-old Juan Ledezman was allegedly throwing items and yelling. When police arrived, they found two men wrestling, one of which was Ledezman.
He was said by police to be under rhe influence of some type of drug and was non-compliant to verbal commands.
Deputies tried to handcuff Ledezman, but in the process he removed a deputy's tazer, bit one of them and repeatedly assaulted them.
Ledezman faces a multitude of charges including public intoxication, assault and attempting to disarm a police officer.
