The Christian County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant and arrested two people on trafficking charges with information passed on from McCracken County.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office shared information gathered in an investigation earlier in the week with their counterparts in Christian County which led to the search warrant for a home on Greaves Lane in Oak Grove. The warrant was served just after midnight on Friday. Two people in the home were arrested and the search reportedly uncovered some 3,100 fentanyl pills, nearly a pound of methamphetamine, a firearm, and cash. There was a single fentanyl pill found in a vehicle at the home. Three children were present in the home, as well.

Deputies arrested the residents, 26-year-old Valdarious Starks and 27-year-old Vivica Gee. The two were charged with trafficking in Fentanyl and meth, and three counts of criminal abuse-children under 12. Starks was additionally charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

According to detectives the street value of the fentanyl is nearly $31,000 and the meth is said to be worth about $6,000.
