Deputies: Marshall County man was under the influence when he crashed into house

Marshall County deputies said a man was under the influence when he crashed into a home last week.

Deputies were dispatched to Darnell Road where the driver of the vehicle, Michael T. Culp, told them he had started coughing while driving and passed out. 

Culp was taken to an area hospital for treatment of injuries.

He was later cited for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating a vehicle with expired operators license, no insurance and other traffic offenses.
