A call about a disturbance at a home in Marshall County early Monday morning led to the arrest of two people.

Deputies responded to a home on Gilbertsville Highway after a man violating an Emergency Protective Order was reported to be at the home.

The victim, Samantha Morris, allegedly told deputies she had not contacted authorities and said everything was okay. However, another woman at the home allegedly told Morris that she needed to tell the truth. The two women then told deputies that someone was at the home.

Deputies searched the house and spoke with someone that was later identified as Walker Johnson. Deputies said Johnson refused to give his name and was arrested for providing false information.

Another man, identified as Zachary Morris, was reportedly found hiding in a closet underneath some clothing. Morris was found to be in violation of an Emergency Protective Order and he was arrested.

They were taken to the Marshall County jail.
