Early morning search leads to 3 drug arrests in Cadiz

An early morning search led to the arrest of three people in Cadiz on Monday.

Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies, along with Cadiz Police, searched a home on Main Street and reportedly found methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and three people. Two women from Cadiz, as well as a man from Hopkinsville with outstanding warrants, were arrested.

The women were charged with possession of meth and marijuana. The man was served the warrants for failure to appear out of Muhlenberg County and a parole violation of absconding.

Another man and woman in the home were cited for misdemeanor drug possession and released.
