Five people face Livingston County drug charges

Several people are facing drug charges following the execution of a search warrant in Livingston County on Monday.

Deputies from the Livingston County Sheriff's Office went to home on Stringtown Road in Grand Rivers. Deputies said they found approximately 17 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia indicative of illicit drug trafficking, and marijuana.

Five people were arrested at the scene including 43-year old Jesse Maxfield of Smithland; 38-year-old Jacob Weaver of Grand Rivers; 27-year-old Sydney Gutierrez of De Land, IL; 34-year-old Stephen Newton of Benton; and 35-year-old Tori Littlepage of Benton.

All five were charged with possession of a controlled substance. Maxfield, Weaver and Gutierrez were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.

Littlepage was also charged with possession of marijuana, and was also served with an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
