Guardian Family Services awarded grant

Team members of Harrah's Metropolis Casino and Hotel recently awarded a grant to Guardian Family Services.

The $5,000 grant was awarded on behalf of the Caesars Foundation.

Guardian Family Services aids victims of domestic violence residing in Massac, Hardin, and Pope counties.

The organization not only provides support to victims and their children, but also emergency shelter, a crisis hotline, group and individual counseling, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, transportation assistance, and more.
