H.B. Fuller announces pending closure of Paducah facility

The H.B. Fuller manufacturing company has announced that it will close its Paducah facility permanently within the next year.

The 130-year-old, St. Paul, Minnesota-based company said it came to its decision after reviewing their North American facilities. H.B. Fuller is a manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, specialty chemical products, and enhancements for other products. The company employs around 7,500 people worldwide.

In a statement on Friday, the company said it would cease operations in Paducah no later than the end of the first quarter of 2027.
