Hopkinsville man dies in Frankfort shooting

A Hopkinsville man is dead following a weekend shooting in Frankfort.

WKDZ reported Kentucky State Police's Critical Incidence Response Team is investigating the death of 56-year-old Bryan Radford. 

KSP said just before 6 pm Saturday, officers from Frankfort Police and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department responded to a shots fired report at a Ridgewood Drive residence.

When officers arrived, they spoke with Radford who then went into the home and came back with a weapon. 

Officers fired their weapons fatally shooting Radford.  No law enforcement officers were injured in the incident.
