Fisherman rescued on Kentucky Lake after boat mishap

A man participating in an online fishing tournament was rescued in Marshall County on Saturday after his boat began taking on water.

The Marshall County Rescue Squad was activated after authorities received a 911 call from the man's wife. He told his wife the boat was taking on water, then she lost contact.

After finding the man, rescue team members were able to get him onto their boat and safely to shore.
