Marshall County teen arrested for providing alcohol, marijuana to minors

A Marshall County teen was arrested Saturday on charges related to underage drinking and drug use.

Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office were tipped off to alleged underage drinking at a home on George Clark Road. When they arrived, they found several minors in the home along with 18-year-old Leighton Owen. Deputies believe that Owen made alcohol and marijuana available to the minors. 

Owen was arrested and charged with unlawful transaction with a minor and marijuana possession.
