At a preliminary hearing was held in Caldwell District Court, 42-year-old Byron Black is accused of shooting 42-year-old Kelly Black at a Center Street residence.
Kentucky State Pollce investigators said Byron Black had his five year old daugter Lela with him at the time of his arrest. An AMBER alert had been issued last Monday for the child. The two were found at a Princeton motel.
