North Carolina man indicted by Paducah grand jury on child pornography charges

A federal grand jury in Paducah indicted a North Carolina man Wednesday on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography.

23-year-old Brett Nicholas Ellison was charged with receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography occurring between November 2019 and July 2022 on the Fort Campbell Army installation.

If convicted, Ellison faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and maximum of up to 40 years in prison.
