The North Marshall Water District remains under a boil water advisory.

The North Marshall Water District continues to work on restoring service to customers in the Moors loop area. They are currently assessing damage within the area and hope to reconnect portions of the system with minor damage.

Early system assessments have revealed significant damage, particularly in the Cambridge Shorts Subdivision area. As a result, it may be some time before service can be restored there.

The remainder of the North Marshall Water District system does have service. However, plant production capacity is limited, and they ask customers to conserve water until normal operations can be restored.

In addition, a boil water advisory remains in place for the entire system until further notice. All water used for drinking or food preparations should be brought to a rolling boil for three minutes during the advisory. In addition, customers should flush household faucets, ice makers, water fountains, etc.

Customers who see water system leaks are encouraged to report them by calling 270-527-3208.
