Numerous vehicle break-ins reported in Marshall County

The Marshall County Sheriff's office has issued an alert to the public after numerous vehicles were broken into.

Authorities said someone gained access to numerous unlocked vehicles during the overnight hours.

Officials urge the public to lock all vehicles and buildings, and to remove any valuables from vehicles. Residents are also asked to check that security cameras are functioning properly.
