Paving, repair work kicks off Monday in Graves County

Paving and repair work will take place on several roads in Graves County starting Monday.

Transportation officials plan to pave a section of Backusburg Road near the KY 564 intersection to the 9-mile marker at the Graves-Calloway County line.

On Old U.S. 45, paving will begin at the KY 408 intersection at West Viola and extend two miles near Folsomdale.

In addition, base repair work will take place at various locations along KY 338, including at the KY 121 intersection to the KY 945 intersection south of Melber, a distance of about nine miles.

Work is expected to take about two weeks, weather permitting.
