Tennessee man injured in Calloway crash

Around 6am Monday, Calloway County Sheriff's deputies were called to East State Line Road for a single vehicle crash.

31-year-old Auston R White of Paris, Tennessee was travelling west on State Line Road when he veered off the road and struck a tree. Deputies said they believe White may have been drowsy or fallen asleep behind the wheel.

White was taken to Murray-Calloway County Hospital with serious injuries, before being transferred to an out-of-state trauma center.
