Three arrested on drug and other charges in Crittenden County

Three people were arrested in Crittenden County on drug and other charges Wednesday.

The Crittenden County Sheriff's Office said they received a complaint of a male subject reported to be burglarizing a residence located on HWY 723 South. 

The male subject left the scene after being confronted by the homeowner who was not home when the suspect first arrived. 

The homeowner captured the suspect’s license plate number along with a photo of the suspect,allowing deputies to quickly locate the suspect at his residence. 

Following further investigation into this complaint an active meth lab was discovered inside an outbuilding along with various drug paraphernalia, a loaded handgun and methamphetamine were discovered

Arrested on a number of drug related charges were 42 year old Richard Rozwalka, 26 year old Tyalor Henderson and 27 year old Makaley Davis.  

Henderson was also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and two active warrants.
