Three arrested in Marshall County on variety of charges

Three people were arrested Sunday at a Marshall County residence.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said they served a warrant on 45-year-old Darryl Tubbs at a Oakley Road residence for failure to appear, issued out of McCracken District Court.

Tubbs was also charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Also jailed were 32-year-old Courtney Nichols of Benton and 24-year-old Zion Currin of Mayfield.  

Nichols was charged with failure to appear and lodged in the Marshall County Jail. Currin was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
