One man has been charged and others are being sought after two separate instances of vandalism took place over the weekend in Livingston County.

The two incidents happened near the Ledbetter Senior Citizens Center according to the Livingston County Sheriff's Office. The first took place on Saturday night and it involved a Chevrolet Avalanche, blue in color, doing doughnuts in the grass just off the pickleball court. Their report showed the spinning truck did quite a bit of damage. Then on Sunday night, surveillance cameras caught a light-colored Jeep Grand Cherokee doing more damage in that same area.

On Tuesday, 21-year-old Carston Nethery, the driver of the Avalanche, was charged with criminal mischief in the case. Deputies said that with Nethery's cooperation, he was not arrested, but rather cited to appear in court.

Anyone with information identifying the individuals in the Grand Cherokee is asked to contact the Livingston County Sheriff's Office at (270) 928-2122 or via email.
