Betty L. Yearry

Betty L. Yearry, 82 of Murray, KY, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024, at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation, Murray, KY.
 
Betty was born on June 15, 1941, to the late Carnelius “Carl” Eldridge and Martha Mourean (Camp) Eldridge George. She was a retired customer service manager, with West Suburban Bank in Lombard, IL., and a member of Compass Church of Murray.
 
Betty was a kind-hearted Christian who touched the lives of everyone she met.
 
Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory are her children; Jimmy Dwayne (Kim) Yearry of Wapella, IL, Keith Allen (Melodee) Yearry of Golconda, IL and Patricia Jones of Murray, KY; siblings, Thomas Eldridge of TN, Linda Palmer of Kirksey, KY, Judy Siepl of TX and Rita Todd of Murray, KY; grandchildren, Christina, Jessica, Allison, Samuel and Elizabeth; and great-grandchildren, Madison, Marshall, Molly and Macie.
 
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Jimmie E. Yearry; stepfather, Norman Bell George; and siblings, Glen Eldridge, Hazel Mills, Billy Jo Eldridge and Jimmy Dale Eldridge. 
 
A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home, with Bro. David Cunningham and Bro. Jonathan Casner officiating.  Burial will follow in the Barnett Cemetery, Murray, KY.

Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home, 713 South 4^th St., Murray, KY.
