Michael W. Morris, Jr.

Michael William Morris, Jr., 54 of Murray, KY, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House, Murray, KY. 

Born on December 12, 1969, in Boonville, IN, Michael was the son of the late Michael William Morris, Sr. and Dottie (Heck) Morris.  He was a desk clerk for the Drury Inn and Suites and was a devoted wrestling fan and wrestling announcer. Michael also enjoyed watching old wrestling films and reading books dedicated to wrestling.

Those left behind to cherish memories of Michael are his sons, Raistlin Morris of Murray, KY and Khelben Morris of Mayfield, KY; their mother and his caregiver, Mindy Morris of Murray, KY; daughter, Corrie Morris of Evansville, IN; and one brother, Jeff Morris of Evansville, IN. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Please join the family in a Celebration of Life for Michael on Saturday, June 29, 2024, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the St. Clement Social Hall, 421 E. Gum St., Booneville, IN.  The family requests that you bring a picture of Mike, if available, for a memorial book, as well as a great story or memory of Mike to share.  Feel free to stop by any time between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.
