Mrs. Paula Graves (Galloway) Grimes, 79 of Puryear, TN passed away Friday, October 13, 2023, at The Groves Senior Living in Independence, MO.
Born June 2, 1944, in Murray, KY, she was the daughter of the late Paul Graves and Hazel Louise (Stamper) Galloway. Paula was a devoted mother and homemaker and retired from Walmart, where she worked in customer service. She was a member of Glendale Road Church of Christ, Murray, KY.
Paula is survived by her daughter, Scarlett Kelly, husband Ken of Independence, MO; sister, Ramona Eaker of Murray, KY; grandchildren, Amber Hopkins, Autumn Hailey, Jade Kelly and Ashton Kelly; and great-grandchildren, Briella Hopkins, Susie Hailey, Brent Hailey, Sean Wayne Kelly, Allison Kelly and Crew Lucas Brunner.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 61 years, Dan W. Grimes.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home in Murray, KY with John Dale officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Green Plains Cemetery, Hazel, KY.
Friends may visit with the family Saturday, October 21, 2023, between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home, 713 S. 4th St., Murray, KY 42071.
