Vivian Beverly (Bruce) Aldridge, 85 of Murray, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026, at The Farms at Puryear in Puryear, TN.
Born September 11, 1940, in Henry County, KY, Vivian was the daughter of the late James Henry Bruce and Maude (Parrish) Bruce. She was a devoted wife and mother who found her greatest joy in caring for her family, and she also worked as an operator at Mattel, Inc. until her retirement.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Tammy Aldridge of Murray and Kristi (Gordon) Tucker of Puryear; a brother Russell Bruce of Vashon Island, WA; grandchildren, Shaun (Shannon) Mitchell of Almo, Justin Bright of Murray, Aaron (Codey) Jackson of Murray and Travis (Danyelle) Tucker of Calvert City; and precious great-grandchildren, Taytum Mitchell, Peyton Mitchell, Ethan Mitchell, and Mackenzie Jackson.
In addition to her parents, Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Aldridge and her son, Mark Anthony Aldridge.
The family will gather for a private service, with Wayne Hopkins officiating. No public visitation or service will be held. Vivian will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Charles, at Murray Memorial Gardens, with Justin Bright, Shaun Mitchell, Aaron Jackson, Travis Tucker, and Gordon Tucker serving as pallbearers.
