Mrs. Jessie Lynn Kitchens

Mrs. Jessie Lynn Kitchens, 77, of Salem, KY, passed from this life on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.
Mrs. Kitchens was born in Livingston, County, KY, on July, 15, 1944 to Alvin and Edith (Poindexter) Stubblefield.  She was a member of Pinckneyville Baptist Church where she had served as a Sunday School Secretary.  Yellow was her favorite color and she enjoyed drinking Mellow Yellow.  She liked for everything to be clean and in order.  She was a UK Basketball fan and loved Butter Pecan Ice Cream.  Family was special to her and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren. 
She is survived by her daughter, Kim (Kitchens) Wring of Marion, KY;  son, Wesley Kitchens and his wife Kerri (Hunt) Kitchens of Salem, KY; brother, Carrol Stubblefield of Marion, KY; grandchildren, Trent Wring, Gabe Wring, Canaan Wring (Maggie), Luke Kitchens, and Knox Kitchens; and great-grandchild, Beckham “Bertram”.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Wesley Kitchens; sister, Ramona Johnson; and her parents.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, December 10, 2021, at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services with Rev. Jim Wring to officiate.  Burial will follow at Pinckneyville Cemetery.
Friends may visit with family, Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services in Salem, KY.
