Mrs. Mary Margaret Sharp

Mrs. Mary Sharp, 91, of Smithland, passed away Friday, March 27, 2026 at Providence Pointe Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Paducah. Mary was a member of the Livingston Genealogy Society. Mary attended Livingston Central High School, and she was a member of the Jehovah Witness religion. She is survived by; daughters, Shirley Buford of Paducah, Essie Kelly of Paducah, Jessie Kay Harmon of Lone Oak, Betty Wren of Paducah and Leona Hardison of Paducah; seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren; and sister, Jannie Rose Bass of Smithland. Mary was preceded in death by; husband, Leon Sharp; parents, Thomas Herbert and Rachel Olene (Smith) Flannery; sister Mamie Lou Gibson. Burial will be in McMurray Chapel Cemetery.
