Arlene Fowler

Arlene Fowler, 82 of Symsonia, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Mills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mayfield, Kentucky.

Arlene was born in Paducah, Kentucky on March 22, 1943 to the late Artie Petway and Melva Koerner Petway.  As a talented painter, gifted seamstress and floral designer, she brought joy and elegance into the lives of many.  Through Fowler Interiors, her visions transformed countless spaces into meaningful reflections of comfort and style.  Arlene was a member of Christian Fellowship Church.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Henry Fowler; son, Chris Fowler and wife, Jennie of Mayfield; daughter, Jenifer Willis and husband, Ricky of Mayfield; brother, Randall Petway of Marshall County; seven grandchildren, Dusty Hayden (Nikki), Marquita Eubanks (Ryan), Sarah Patterson (Dawaun), Becky Willett, Nicki Wilford (Derek), Zachary Willis (Tori), Luke Willis; twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronnie Petway.

A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 21, 2025 at Collier Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, July 21, 2025 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
