Dennis Wayne Farmer

Dennis Wayne Farmer, 79, of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at Marshall County Hospital in Benton.  

He was born on Tuesday, April 22, 1947 in Paducah, KY to the late Audrey Mae Rudolph Farmer and the late Barney Keith Farmer. Dennis worked as a self-employed contractor up until retirement. He was a faithful member of Union Hill Church of Christ. 

He is survived by his three sons, Aarek Farmer, Todd Farmer, and Rikki Farmer; and one daughter, Arinne Alsup; nine grandchildren; as well as one sister, Donna Edwards. 

Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Bonita Francis Farmer; his parents; and one brother, Larry Farmer.       

A visitation will be held at Union Hill Church of Christ on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  

A celebraton of life will be at Union Hill Church of Christ on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
