Evelyn Pace

Evelyn Pace passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026 at the age of 96. Born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania to Ralph and Esther Buchanan. She married Clarence Fish and they shared 25 years of marriage. After Clarence passed away in 1975, Evelyn married Willie Pace. They also shared 25 years together until his passing.

Evelyn was a longtime resident of Marshall County living there for over 60 years. She loved her house in Gilbertsville near the lake. She moved to Stilley House in Benton where she lived for 8 years before moving to Spring Creek Nursing Home in Murray.

Evelyn is survived by her son Richard Fish, grandchildren Chad Fish, Mindy Eason, Missy Hendrickson, Patrick Garmon, Matthew Garmon, and Michael Garmon as well as 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, a brother, husband Clarence Fish, husband Willie Pace, and grandson Brian Fish.

She will be missed and always loved.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Marshall County Memory Gardens.
