Mandi Elaine Lee Maxberry

Mandi Elaine Lee Maxberry, 40 of Madisonville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at her home.

Mandi was born in Paducah, Kentucky on February 17, 1986.  She taught at the Hopkins County School System.  At a young age, Mandi began playing softball which became a passion throughout her high school and college days.  Her physical skills, mental toughness, teamwork and dedication to the sport earned her a scholarship at Shawnee Community College.  She enjoyed fishing, camping and kayaking but more than anything, she cherished time spent with her two sons.  Mandi was a member of Covenant Community Church in Madisonville.

She is survived by her two sons, Garrett Maxberry and Urijah Oakley Earl, both of Madisonville, KY; mother, Elaine Rupcke Lee (Becky Morris) of Grand Rivers, KY; father, Michael Lee (Altie) of Paducah, KY; twin brother, Matthew Lee (Amanda) of Benton, KY; brother, Joseph Lee of Paducah, KY; five nieces & nephews, Chloe, Hayden, Wyatt, Natalie, Savannah; two great-nephews, Isaih and Coban; fiancé, Billy Winstead; step-daughter, Brooke Lynn Winstead, both of Madisonville; and father of her son, James "Wes" Maxberry.

A memorial service will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 29th, 2026 at Collier Funeral Home with Bro. Daniel Vandiver officiating. 

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
