Margret Ann Henley, 85, of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Baptist Health in Paducah, Kentucky.
Margret was born at home in Marshall County on January 30, 1938 to the late Hubert Smith and Margarett Fleming Smith. She worked as a payroll clerk for Martin Marietta. Margret was a volunteer at heart dedicating her time to Bags of Love, the HUGS Project and Marcella's Kitchen. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her two daughters, Christi Jones, husband, Johnny and Connie Holt, husband, Billy all of Benton; one brother, Bill Smith of Neosho, Missouri; and three grandchildren, Jon Michael Jones, Elizabeth Ann Jones and Larissa Lake Holt.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Graham; two brothers, Russel Smith and Royce “Rossie” Smith; and her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Collier Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Long officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Benton, KY.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at the funeral home.
