Mary Clark

Mary Jane Crass Clark, 72, of Hardin, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.

She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 16, 1952 to James and Peggy Chapman Crass. Mary was a homemaker and a member of Community Chapel Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Ruby of Benton; seven grandchildren, Corey Ruby (Kichi) of Hardin, Jacob Ruby (Kelcee) of Benton, Seth Ruby (Fiancé, Leah) of Murray, Jackie Ruby of Benton, Brandon Clark (Megan) of Eddyville, Courtney Thweatt (Adam) of Benton, and Adrianne Schmitt (Fiancé, Tristan) of Avon, Indiana; and 13 great grandchildren, Emmalie Ruby, Jared Ruby, Angel Ruby, Jesse Ruby, Mattie Ruby, Kolton Ruby, Abby Clark, Brody Clark, Lelah Thweatt, Henlee Clark, Oaklin Clark, King Steely, and Lance Melton.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Clark; her parents; one son, Gary Clark; one sister, Janice Draffen; and one brother Donald Crass.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Salyers Cemetery with Rev. Johnny Coffenberry officiating. There will not be a public visitation.
