Robert Zilligen

Mr. Robert R. Zilligen, age 83 died on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY.  He was retired from Navistar where he worked as a mechanic.

Born Saturday, March 30, 1940 in Harvey, IL, he was the son of the late David Zilligen and the late Earline (Wolf)  Zilligen.

Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Betty (Pearson) Zilligen of Benton, KY, daughters,  Robynn Garrett (Roy) of Calvert City, KY, Shawynn Zaremba (Rob) of Arlington Heights, IL, brother, David Zilligen of Battle Creek, MI, sisters, Donna Stuckey of Colorado Springs, CO and Marcia Dempsay of Baxter, TN; 1 grandchild, Brent Garrett; and 2 great-grandchildren, Madyson Garrett and Beau Garrett.

A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Calvert City, Kentucky with Father Brian Johnson officiating. 

Visitation will be held between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at St. Pius X Catholic Church.
