Steve Colson, age 66 of Benton, KY died on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at his home. He worked for C & C Heating and Cooling.

Born Friday, May 29, 1959 in Murray, KY, he was the son of the late George Colson and the late Faye (Roberson) Colson.

Surviving are son, Kevin Colson (Lindsey) of Louisville, KY, step-daughter, Tonya Turner of Benton, KY, step-son, Richard Turner of Benton, KY, brother, Tracy Colson of Hardin, KY, sister, Becky Snow of Benton, KY, grandchildren, Ethan Colson, Aspen Colgan Ream, Callie Watkins, Aiden Colson, Ian Colson, Caleb Colson, and great-grandchildren, Harley Staples and Dahlia Ream.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 24 years, Kathleen (Martin) Colson, daughter, Stephanie Colson, granddaughter, Abigail Colson and his parents.
